"The hotel is simply incredible. It’s a relatively new property and everything is top notch. And before anyone decides to be critical of anything, it would be good to remember that a little over 50 years ago, this used to be one of the most unforgiving and harsh territories. To have created a facility like this in the Empty Quarter is simply an astounding achievement - it’s like a small slice of heaven for one to experience. And apart from the property - the staff are simply superb! They are one of the nicest and kindest people you’ll ever meet and they go out of their way to help the guests. No matter the rush, it’s always service with a smile. All are amazing but two deserve a special mention - Angela (from Rwanda) and Sheela (from Sri Lanka). I had a great stay and would not hesitate to return in the future, it for a second. "
