« I have stayed in a lot of places in my 68+ years and this condo is one of the best. I would rate it in the top 3 maybe number one in the top three. The host is great to work with, they responded quickly every time. This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here and we will stay here again if possible. »

« We stayed for 3 nights over the Easter holiday. My 13 year old granddaughters and 14 year old grandson enjoyed the location. The pool was nice and location to restaurants was convenient. The parking lot situation is a problem. Our car was towed as the parking pass was not immediately placed in the car. Only 20 minutes had passed from time of parking till time it was towed. « Great, clean, well-furnished condo right on the beach in a convenient location! The condo had everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a couple boogie boards for kids to ride on the waves. You can hop on the elevator, go down to the pool, and from there a staircase leads straight to the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than half a mile away and it's just a short drive to Flagler Ave to spend some time exploring. You have the beach pretty much to yourself at this...

« The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Flagler Ave and right on the beach. My only complaint is the property wasn’t very clean upon arrival…it didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed at all, there was hair and sand all over the floor and hair in the bathroom sink. Luckily there was a small vacuum in the utility closet so I was able to do a quick cleanup, but as a paying customer I didn’t think this was appropriate. « Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!).
