Welcome to the Verandas at Sea Woods. You'll be very hard pressed to find another beachside community that matches this combination of natural beauty and incredible amenities. This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Sea Woods features 3 pools(1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, a large clubhouse, fitness center and walking/biking paths canopied by sprawling oaks and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relaxing getaway
My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby.

Wonderfu Stay!
The condo is so nice with everything we needed! There are lots of useful kitchen items and tons of beach toys for use that our kids loved and beach chairs etc. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We had a fabulous time and made tons of family memories. We would love to stay there again!

Great place to stay out of the traffic and busy parts. Short walk to beach and amazing set up. Everything listed was perfectly in place and the pool was great. 3 minute drive to the heart of the drive on beach entrance was great!

Peaceful in the ‘Sea Woods’
The location was very peaceful tucked in amongst the trees and very close to the beach. If you like nature I highly recommend this place. Unit was clean with good amount of home amenities if you like to cook your own meals. And thank you for having a smart TV that includes Roku.

The condo was exactly as the pictures displayed. Clean, comfy beds and beautiful grounds. Having beach towels and beach chairs available for use was terrific! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Great place close to the beach
We reallu like our stay. Seawoods is a very nice small community, with nice pools, tennis and pickle ball cpurts, and other amenities. The condo was large and very clean. Very well furnished, it has evertyhing you need. I woupd stay there again.

Perfect spot for a family long weekend
Karen’s place hit all the marks for our family getaway. We loved the floor plan and convenience of the condo and the Sea Woods amenities. A close walk to the very peaceful beach made our days easy. The beach toys and boogie boards the condo provided were such a treat! After exploring Flagler Avenue and the Dunes park it was really nice to return to the quiet and comfort of Donna’s place. We’ll definitely return!

Just a walk away!
Loved our experience at this location! Listing is what it was....no surprises or complaints. Stayed to play at the beach and explore near by area. Although weather did not cooperate, beach was beautiful and loved the friendly laid back atmosphere. Would stay here again with my family of 7.
