« Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4 »

« C’est la première fois que j’émets des commentaires negatifs mais cet endroit est a éviter. Plein de moisissures, de champignons. Toute la vaisselle est en vieux plastique tout éraillé. Meme pas de balai, ni linge pour nettoyer la cuisine. Le 2 ieme lit est en fait 2 sofas qu’on colle ensemble donc tres inconfortable. Rien a voir avec la photo. Cet emplacement ne correspond pas aux standards de VRBO que j’ai toujours rencontré ailleurs dans le monde »

« Easy and scenic 40 minute drive to St. Petersburg which was our main interest. Your suite, though, and the location along the channel was interesting. We found everything we needed in the suite and found it clean, well supplied and close to the stores in Ruskin. Thank you. »

« This is a perfect air b and b for two. The property is so inviting. There is a seating area outside surrounded by gorgeous trees. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean. The shower is huge. Walmart, super markets, all fast food, waffle House is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Super convenient and wonderful. The renter was super responsive and helpful. « The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view. »

« Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay! »

« Alles wirklich top! Zimmer sehr groß und sauber! Betten groß und bequem. Badezimmer ebenfalls sauber und großzügig. Lage ist einfach perfekt. Supermarkt nur mit Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen sind Delfine vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant Hooks, was in der „Siedlung“ ist, ist teuer. Daher lieber woanders essen. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner draußen vor der Tür da. Kaffee im Zimmer genug vorhanden. Es sind sogar Badehandtücher vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt hier war ein Traum für uns. 2 Tage waren uns...

« Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they...
