« Derrick’s place is fabulous. When booking a condo in FLA you really have to pay attention since places advertising “ocean view” or “oceanfront” can be deceiving. Not the case here. You are OCEANFRONT. Direct clear view of ocean and a beautiful balcony to sip a coffee and watch the sunrise or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Bed was super comfy, kitchen nicely equipped. Would definitely return and recommend »

« Ne louer pas avec eux. Je suis arrivée là bas à cette adresse et c’était Harbour resort. J’ai appelé le propriétaire du condo et il m’a envoyé à un autre resort. Un trou, la porte ne barrait même pas. Loin d’être beau comme les images, la vue sur le parking. C’était horrible comme endroit.Je suis déménagé du resort après 1 nuit sur un matelas mou. Ça m’a couté deux réservations. Mes vacances ont coûté très cher et c’était décevant. Ça gâche un voyage »

« We celebrated our Buddies 60th Birthday at his favorite place to go. Daytona’s Ocean Walk Resort. We have been coming to this resort for 25+ years and it never disappoints. We had a great ocean front room that was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone. »

« Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place. »

« I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. « My daughter flew in for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Loved having our breakfast outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Spending time on the beach and coming back into the condo was quick and convenient. Grocery store is a short distance away. I dropped her off Saturday afternoon at the airport and picked up my husband and it was a great little getaway and we can't wait to come back😊 »

« Beau petit condo bien aménagé, près du Ocean Deck, bien situé. Nous avions tous les accessoires requis pour le séjour : serviettes, serviettes de plage, assiettes, ustensiles, chaudrons, et même des chaises de parterre et un parasol. Les propriétaires ont fait des efforts pour rendre le sejour agréable. Malheureusement, l'alimentation d'eau de la cuvette de toilette coulait tout le temps et la base de lit etait brisée et cale n'a pas été réparé pendant notre séjour. Sinon ma note aurait...

« We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area. »
