"This is an amazing hotel it was like staying in a fairy tale! We went to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and this hotel is simply a dream, so charming and unique. The staff and service is definitely 5 stars. The ability to go in Venice where ever you want and transported by a beautiful Italian wooden boat with the most amazing scenery is simply world class. We loved relaxing by the pool after a full day of exploring Venice and trying all the unique pool cocktails. Beautiful resort with old world charm, service and elegance that you don’t find these days. Do yourself a favor and book the castle by the sea and you will thank me later. Loved ever minute of our stay and we hope to return one day soon. "

"Very convenient hotel across the street from the train station and bus stop. Great option if you want to stay out of Venecia but close enough to visit it daily. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Great breakfast "

"Perfect spot in Venice. You can easily access the taxi boat through their own pier and conveniently travel by boat with a nearby stop. Additionally, it is not overcrowded and only a 10-minute distance from all important areas. Love it."

"When I asked the hotel how to find it from the water taxi, the instructions started with "walk through the clock tower"...and that's where the fairy tale began. This hotel is tucked away in the gorgeous alleys behind Santo Marco. The setting is stunning, and the customer service at this hotel is top notch. As soon as we stepped inside a valet whisked away our bags, they recommended excellent restaurants steps away, and offered a complimentary private boat tour to Murano (DO THIS!). They remembered us by face every time we stopped to grab our room key. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. They also arranged for a private water taxi back to the train station (this might be the best $50 I ever spent...so much better than tackling the public water taxi with heavy luggage as we did on the way there). 10/10 across the board!"
