"Très bel appartement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La tour est bien située à deux pas de la Marina. Il y a plusieurs commerces autour et la bouche de métro pas loin. Les piscines agréables avec de bons créneaux horaires pour en profiter. Le personnel et agréable. Le gros plus la vue de Dubai du 97 ème étage, vraiment magnifique. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et très disponible. Je recommande sans hésitation."

"The property was spacious and comfortable. Great location. Our host was attentive and informative. I accidentally tripped a circuit breaker in the apartment and they responded quickly and took care of the issue (I had a faulty converter). Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again."

"This was my first time in Dubai, so I was somewhat nervous about lodging in a place I had never been to. However, Alessandro and Mrs. Hla were excellent. They were very responsive to my every need and made me feel comfortable in a foreign land. The property was great too. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Oh, did I mention the views?? The views were amazing; I felt I was on top of the world. Great location and near everything!"

"The property is in an excellent location just off The Drive and within 5 mins walk of JBR. The apartment had a few maintenance issues but overall was very clean comfortable and excellent Value for money. The facilities and shops in the compound are great, well stocked supermarket, pharmacy and parks for kids. The only downside. Was the requirement to pay 1000 Aed upfront on arrival. Also difficult to know how to gain access to the property on checkin. Security staff on site in building 24 hrs...
