“Definitely - the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach!!”
The hotel is new. Fantastic views. The pool bar is excellent (swim up bar and pool side lounges, outdoor pillow loveseats, great music & shisha too! The hotel is on the main Jumeirah Beach walk with scores of restaurants, shops, etc. The beach is only a few hundred meters from the hotel. Expectedly, services are a bit pricey but it is a five star hotel in Dubai. Overall - a great location and great service!
“quite nice hotel”
this is the third time that stayed on this hotel; it is one of my favorite hotel in Dubai
“Great hotel in Dubai”
We really loved this hotel. We would like to go back very soon ! The location is fantastic and people are very friendly. The French restaurant is also excellent and the swimming pool stunning. We definitely recommend this hotel.
“Best location for a visit to Dubai”
The hotel was fantastic and in a great location for a short trip to Dubai. A taxi journey took around 30 minutes, but with plenty of amazing buildings to look at on the way. The hotel is located at the beach with just a road (not busy) and car park to cross to reach it. Our room was at the front of the hotel with a balcony facing the beach and you could sit out there late at night and watch the expensive cars drive by. This trip was for our 1st wedding anniversary and we had a cake and card left in our room on arrival to mark this special day. All staff were great and would always greet you in the lobby and main entrance. The hotel pool area was small with limited seats, but with the beach so close, this was not an issue. The hotel also gives out beach mats, bags, towels and water to take to the beach, great idea. We did not eat in the hotel, but did use the Irish Bar and the Plantation Lounge which was tucked away. Both facilities were great. The hotel is located on The Walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants to dine with prices not too expensive. We will, if given the chance, return to this hotel, it was five star!
“Sofitel Jumeriah - a true example of French elegance and service”
What can I say, this hotel was briliant. The design of the room was amazing and everyone gets a guaranteed beach balcony view which was amazing. The bathroom was possibly the best hotel bathroom we came across in our life. The hotel restaurant AOC French Brasserie, was actually better than any of the restaurants on the Walk! It was actually better than the Michelin Star restaurants we have eaten at in the UK. Staff treat you like a king here - I'd definitely stay at Sofitel at Dubai over any other hotel again. Location was also in walking distance of the metro station, and there is a free shuttle bus to the malls!
“WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE SOFITEL JAMEIRAH BEACH”
From the time of our arrival the staff were both courteous and helpful. It was 5 star treatment from start to finish. Our room was gorgeous, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with shower, bath and bidet. Very nice toiletries as well. The towels were changed twice each day and the bed was turned down and chocolates left on the bedside table each night. Beach bags with towels were available for guest use and the hotel also supplied bottles of drinking water. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to the main shopping malls. Our only disappointment was that the swimming pool is not yet finished but we did know about it before we left the UK. However, this did not spoil our holiday as we may not have had time to use it anyway. A most enjoyable stay.
“Would definitely stat there again!”
Great hotel! Impecable service! Luxurious rooms! Free wifi and an amazing breakfast!
“Fantastic”
Staff so friendly and helpful, a gorgeous luxurious hotel, everything about it was perfect. Will definately go back soon.
“A true gem of a hotel”
Stayed 4 days and 3 nights, one of the most relaxing stays I had anywhere. The location on the walk, close proximity to the beach made it convenient to stroll around the Jumeriah beach area. Got upgraded to a luxury room which surprised me. Very friendly and efficient staff who went out of their way to ensure my. comfort. The room was very relaxing, nice deep tub comfortable bed which made me have a good nights sleep every night there Make yourself a little time and go relax by their pool, which was a great experience(go late afternoon to beat the heat and catch great sunsets). The lunch buffet could use a better selection of main courses but the quality of the food and the efficiency of the restaurant staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel for those staying in Dubai; the longer you have the more you can truly enjoy this fine hotel. I will definitely stay here my next trip to Dubai.
“Will go back next time”
The Hotel was only 6 months old when I late-checked in for a long weekend. I asked (and received) a room with ocean view and a high floor without a problem. The room was smallish, but very comfortable. I like the leaf doors connecting the bathroom with the room, you could take a bath and watch the sunset from the tub! The bed was the best thing about this room, I fell asleep before finishing sinking in it every night! The staff were just amazingly nice and helpful. The Hotel is located in a newer touristic development area, but it is beachfront. This was a luxury room and the bathroom had a very large and deep tub, as well as a spacious glass-door shower stall with a Spanish-Shower showerhead (the large straight down showerhead type). Excellent!
