Honestly they have good customer service and it’s located in a really prime area in the marina. A few issues popped up but nothing major (like balcony door wouldn’t close). I would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and in a lovely area close to beach, bars, restaurants and the metro to Burj area is 25 minutes. The metro is about 2 mins walk from the property. You can get metro to and from airport (50 mins) or you can get a taxi. We paid 160 AED for taxi to hotel. Would probs have taken metro if we'd known.

Its a beautiful property on the Dubai Marina. Our room looked out onto the Marina which was breath taking. The staff are all very pleasent and courteous. The hotel itself is clean and modern. Would highly recommend it for convenience too As JBR is within walking distance and has lots of amenities and a beautiful beach.

Service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Amenities were better than advertised. I think a few of the service members weren’t sure I was staying there because they asked me multiple times what my room number was upon entering places in the hotel. Other than that it was great.
