« Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. « Unit was very nice. Very comfortable for 2 people. I would recommend highly. Only minor suggestions... give an exact address. Needed to drive around about 5 minutes trying to match picture to unit. Check out the kitchen sink faucet. When you pull out the faucet from the holder for spraying, we found a leak in the hose. you may be getting water damage... »

« A great quiet neighborhood and a spacious, clean home that was a pleasure to stay in. Everything we needed to be able to relax, cook, hang out and enjoy the spectacular scenery was spot on. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would book this again for sure!! »

« We ended up getting moved to another property by the property manager due to an unforeseen circumstance and the owners were very accommodating! Property was clean and had beautiful views. Amenities were slightly dated-- if you are traveling with younger children or wish to watch TV at night, I recommend bringing your own laptop, etc. Unit has a small TV with a few local channels and a CD player. I wish we were warned about how thin the walls in the unit were. We were woken up by the tenants...

« Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well. »

« Great home base for our long weekend in Sedona. Short drive to hikes and the Sedona main drag. The grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops were within a block. We had cooler temps but enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We ran out of time to play pickleball but the condo overlooks the courts and did have equipment to play. »

« Easy virtual check in. Unit as it appears in pictures just a bit more worn. Comfy beds baths just fine. Kitchen a little light on ordinary items like salt/pepper and dish towels and adequate glassware. All were taken care of with a phone call to property managers. Location is amazing if you want incredible views and trails right outside your door. Traffic in Sedona is miserable so it was nice to be a bit removed from the chaos. Will definitely book this place again when returning to Sedona. »

« Great location with easy parking and access. Peaceful and quiet, deck with a nice view and privacy is unmatched. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room. This was a great place to stay and we will be back. Owner was easily accessed and came to our aid when we fumbled up the electronic lock. Looking forward to our next stay. »

The story and history behind this property are mind blowing and luckily there are tons of historic photographs and literature in the house that detail all of it. It’s very close to all of the restaurants and shops so it’s super convenient, yet removed enough to be peaceful and quiet. The property is spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. If you are passing through Jerome I highly recommend...
