VACANT, BURIED FOR 60 YEARS, RESTORED 2012 Step back into 1898 with all the comforts of modern day conveniences. 2 bedroom, one bath, with 1200 square feet of wood deck and flagstone patio overlooking the center of the Town of Jerome and the entire Verde Valley. Easy (vertical) walking distance to the center of town shops, wineries, restaurants. Great year round weather and peaceful mountain air evenings. Stay in a 127 years old house which was buried in mud and abandoned for 60 years. The John Riordan House is the highest rentable space available in Jerome. It is located directly above the center of town with fantastic views of the town and valley below. This property has received the MOST TOTAL and MOST VRBO 5 STAR REVIEWS than any other rental in Jerome. The owner provided every detail needed to ensure that we had a good experience and communicated excellently. The house was clean and well stocked. We spent the whole morning on the deck watching the sun rise and drinking coffee. Do heed his advice and dont bring a large vehicle. The house feels like it must have felt when the Riordans lived there but with the addition of every possible comfort and modern convenience. The views are stunning. This week my mom and uncle came to visit from Georgia for my son's graduation so wanted to take them on an overnight trip, decided on Jerome, and they LOVED it! This house was absolutely magical and felt like a step into history. The kids enjoyed the whimsical swings and us adults enjoyed the fire pit.
