"I had tickets to a concert at the hard Rock and this was the closest place for me to say that was affordable. I had an ocean view which was great. My room was spotless and immaculately clean. All the staff that we encountered was very helpful and pleasant. My only issue was having to carry everything to our room. The valet wasn't very helpful in that regard. While the room was basically quiet , we could here kids yelling and running .around in the hallway. Luckily ,didn't last very long "

"The staff was real nice and hospitable. The room was real nice and clean upon entry as it should be. The only issue I had was they were unable to locate one very important package that was sent to the hotel and showing delivered after multiple staff made it attempt to find it and were unsuccessful. "I was in this hotel for 4 days 3nights from Friday to Monday, without cleaning the room even though I requested the room to be cleaned. Secondly, I left my Honda car key in the room when checking out, i called the hotel several times but yet to receive any feedback. I feel terribly disappointed in the behavior of the staff of the hotel."
