"People staying at the casino hotel can check in via a kiosk near the front desk or check in with someone at the desk. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. No issues and a quick process."

"No amenities included as listed when i booked the hotel. They are going through a “re-branding” and nothing was available. Hardly any food out for breakfast and was out, looked old. Restaurant/bar was only open 1 night during our entire stay there. Spa closed. No AC on in the hotel- elevators and hallways ridiculously hot. Dead bug on floor in our bathroom. Horrible stay. Would like a refund and it was NOT as advertised! Would have much preferred to stay at the Travelodge next door! "

"Huge room, comfortable bed, quiet for downtown and well located for everything I needed. Will stay again for sure. I do think that for the room rate you could probably stretch to providing the comp water "per night" rather than per stay!"
