We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We appreciated the coffee and the sugar they had available, since I forgot to bring that. She provided us with good information and some suggestions about places to visit in Indianapolis. The walk to downtown Indianapolis is very pretty when you take the path next to the river however it is gated and closed after 9 pm and open at 6 am in the morning. « The cottage on the channel at Big Barbee chain of lakes was as pictured any as described. The host was responsive to questions, prior to, during, and after our stay. « Stayed overnight for a concert at the Lucas Oil Stadium, we even walked home and felt safe the whole time. Easy directions right off the highway to find a quiet and cute neighborhood. Exactly as pictured! Clean linens, additional blankets and soaps which is always appreciated. Would stay again! »

« 6 of our family stayed here after a wedding; there was way more room than needed, but it was nice to be able to spread out; the location and grounds are gorgeous; the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed; they even had coffee in the kitchen, which my husband greatly appreciated; someone missed a pair of socks that a previous renter had left; that is why the four stars; the manager was very communicative and helpful; we would stay here again if we are in the area. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of beds and the weather was perfect for us to have a bonfire! The wood provided was a little green but burnt well after we got the coals nice and hot. The beach was a quick walk away and a great place to relax and catch some sun. There was plenty of great beach stuff at the house but the umbrella was older and looked broken so we didn't take it. I would rent this house again!
