« It's a beautiful property, and the breakfast is great! Very convenient location for walking downtown, although there are some party houses nearby which can occasionally be loud, but I never had trouble sleeping. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be looking to stay here the next time I visit. »

« House and rooms size are ok but it's freezing in this house, you can't turn off the A/C sounds silly for me to use so many power. No curtains in the rooms means you'll wake up very early during ummer. As it's a old house you can hear your neighboors (TV, Stairs, Phone). Breakfast = no hot food, toasts, bagels, bananas, dairies & energy bars so so for such price I feel. Staff Helleen seems not very friendly with same sex visitors sharing a room no "Morning" during breakfast, when check...

« A great stay. We booked our stay about 14 months in advance for the April 8th eclipse. Very comfortable room. Kitchen was available, even though we didn't use it, it nice to have it there. I would stay again!!!!! »

« Had a few things we disappointed with. The blinds in bathroom and bedroom we felt did not give the appropriate privacy. We had a Jacuzzis in our bathroom, my daughter played vollyball tournament all day and was looking forwarded to relaxation in tub. Not enough hot water to turn on jets. Very disappointing. The fridge did not work but freezer did so we just put all our foid in freezer. Disappointing as well. Great location and safe area. »

« This is a lovely and comfortable farmhouse turned into a B&B. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom (claw foot tub with a shower). There is a beautiful parlor and a dining room with self-serve coffee, tea etc, breakfast (baked goods, boiled eggs) and snack foods and refrigerated beverages. The house is on a country road but just a mile from the built-up part of the road in Bloomington with Kroger, CVS, restaurants. There is a 2 mile walking trail we didnt have time to enjoy (next...
