The staff is amazing and service is top notch. I have stayed at other hotels in Cartagena and both my daughter and I prefer Hotel Dann. I highly recommend it."

"The staff is very friendly!!! However, the first and third night the italian restaurant was closed. We couldn’t eat there. The buffet and burger bar were not good. ( 3/10) Foodwise the hotel needs to improve "

"Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Room cleaned everyday. Free breakfast was lovely. The gym needs some uplifting as the equipment is quite old and some machines defunct."

"They have a silly policy where if you dont book your room for two people at check in even though its clearly a two person room they will not allow you a second person in the room and you can't even pay to add. You have to buy a whole separate room for the person. "
