"Beautiful hotel in a great location, so weren’t far from things at all. 15 minute walk and you were in the centre pretty much. Staff couldn’t do enough for you as well, so friendly. Added bonus was an unexpected food and drink waiting in our room upon arrival for my husband’s birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back! "

"At first we thought getting to Vienna was going to be inconvenient, but the public transportation network and taxi service from the hotel was easy. Ask about where the U2 purple line is and purchase your ticket for up to 72 hours and then validate the the ticket and keep it with you and then you will have access to metro, trams and buses anywhere in Vienna. This hotel is right on the Danube and overall we had a great experience. "

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Excellent breakfast ,very comfortable bed,the hotel was spotless.Very guiet at night no traffic noise just the sound of birds singing.The hotel is very conveniently located-,less than 5 mins walk to 2 stations and Stephanplatz is only 2 stops on the U1(5-6 mins).Very close to Prater park and it's Ferris wheel and amusements. "We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic. Breakfast was really nice and fresh with plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially the reception ladies and the bar man. On checkout we were able to leave our bags in the luggage room to pick up early afternoon. This was really good as we were able to round the art gallery at Belverdere without carrying our suitcases. The hotel is very well situated for the train station and Metro, although a nice walk through Belverdere and you are almost at the Opera House Hofberg palace. A great stay, thank you."
