"I enjoyed my stay! I think the rooms could use a freshening up..touch up paint (lots of dings in the walls), updated curtains a d bed linens. It would be easy to make a few minir changes to elevate guest experience, like adding a 4th pillow to each bed and looking into nice ways to make the beds, having a coffee station in the room set up (not in the bathroom), folding bath towels nicely.
