Each time you turned on the set, you had to go through a procedure. Who knew you had to use the second remote (not Shaw) and push a star button, then go to the Shaw remote and choose HDMI 3 as the input etc. We tried to phone the front desk, but the phone didn't work. Fortunately the staff somehow detected I was trying to contact the desk and...
