« We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately! »

« This is a tired, old condo complex and unit. The carport is falling apart as well. We arrived on a cold/rainy evening and found all of the windows in the unit opened about three inches. It was cold and damp in the unit and couldn't understand why the property manager had opened the widows before we had arrived. Well, it was apparent after about an hour that there was a smell in this unit. I don't know if it was mold, pet odors, smoking in the unit, nevertheless, it had an odor. My daughter...

« My husband and I were in Boulder to attend our son’s graduation from CU. We could not have chosen a property at a better location. Right next to Pearl Street. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and an extensive system of hiking trails. The home is bright, clean, and comfortable… and even though it is near all the action, it is quiet and peaceful. As a bonus, there’s a great view of the mountains from the deck. It was very hard for us to leave. »

« We stayed in this cute condo for several weeks to help our daughter’s family after the birth of their second baby. The location was perfect for us. The complex is very well taken care of, and right near the golf course. It’s convenient to groceries and shopping. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there are plenty of linens and towels. The owner is very a friendly and helpful. »

« This place was cozy and fit all of our needs. Awesome location! You could walk to Pearl Street and also a 15 minute walk would put you at the base of the mountain so you could have a nice hike too which I did. The only downside was the second bedroom Mattress was hard as a rock. My back couldn’t handle it so I slept on the couch. It’s a huge leather sectional and was very very comfy so no issues:) I would definitely stay there again. »

« It was a great stay for a great event.the accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us very close to events and to food and granddaughters apartment.the only downside was there were wind chimes that were a little too noisy and stone sidewalk a little bit difficult to walk on »
