High end finishes include radiant floor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul de sac, you'll be across the street from tennis courts. You can easily hop onto Boulder's famous bike paths that weave through our neighborhood. You'll be walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, Pleasant View Fields, the Elks Club and Core Power Yoga. The location is great access to everywhere. You'll be minutes from Pearl Street's shopping and restaurants, minutes to Boulder Reservoir, and direct shot to Lyons, Denver and the Foothills.

Whatever season your staying, Boulder is always busy with wonderful events, from the Creek Festivals to Iron Man to the Parade of Lights.
