« Extremely clean property. The location is pretty nice in an active neighborhood. There are three other apartments right next to you, one below and two next door. The neighbors were mostly quiet. One smokes and has that distinct smokers cough that you can hear through the walls, but was otherwise a quiet neighbor. The beds were comfy!! The bathroom is fancy, but you have to open the window to air out the steam since there's no fan to pull it away. There's one AC window unit in the living...

« Good experience, great for after Red Rocks shows, had a propane heater (it snowed, so this was key), clean bed. Property had some old cars and things on it, but great views in most directions. Not luxe, but what we needed and as described. »
