This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor grill. This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. There will be a $200 per night fine if guests bring pets for their stay or smoke in the unit. Our ground floor condo has easy access to the fully equipped Rec center that includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, pool table, locker rooms and kids indoor play area. Condo is walking distance to Fraser Trail, Rendezvous Trailhead, Headwaters event center, fishing river/pond, movie theater/ bowling alley, grocery store, restaurants, distillery, and brewery. INCREDIBLE LOCATION ON THE FRASER RIVER....park your car and shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort or any location downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping.
