Visiting family for their graduation or CU events? This vacation rental is centrally located just 2 minutes away from CU's (Colorado University's) campus and a 7 minute drive to Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. It is set in the quiet neighborhood of Park East Square and is positioned right on Boulder’s bike path. Boulder currently has approximately 400 miles of bike paths throughout the city which are fun for touring the city and family outings. The condo is conveniently located close to Baseline Rd. and Arapahoe Rd. where you will find the 29th Street mall and several shopping areas of Boulder. Chataqua Park and Sanitas Trail are two of the most popular hiking trails that are within a 5-10 minute drive to the trail head from the condo. In addition, its proximity to Foothills Parkway road makes it easy to leave the central area if you are traveling outside of Boulder to Denver, Louisville, Longmont, the Boulder Reservoir, Lafayette, Estes Park, or the Summit County area for skiing and snowboarding. If you decide to ski or snowboard close to Boulder, Eldora Mountain Resort is only a 45 minute drive from Boulder. The condo is 1,000 sq ft, one level with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/entertainment area, air conditioning/central heat, wood burning stove, and front porch balcony. The living space has a sectional couch and large flat screen television with DVD player and stereo. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam bed that is very comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a feather-bed topper, also very comfortable. Condo sleeps 4, great for two couples or a family of four. All linens are provided as well as complimentary shampoo, hand soaps, and kitchen spices. For the summer months, there is a neighborhood pool with the mountain views just steps away from the front door. This condo does has central air conditioning. Rental duration can be arranged by the night, week, or month. (2 night minimum stay.) The condo was so comfortable, had absolutely everything we needed, and was so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the main room felt spacious, with plenty of seating for the three of us. It was nice to sit on the porch with a drink and to have dinner outside. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a bonus and was lovely and refreshing on the hot days we had. It was easy to get to the CU campus, even without a car. I took the trail down to Colorado Avenue and jumped on the Stampede bus that took me to the main campus for free. Jennifer was so accommodating and patient with me. I was here to move my daughter into her apartment for college. We are from Louisiana, so we needed a space close to UC. The place was extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you need(and I cook everyday). I was not aware that it had stairs. I went back to the description and couldn't locate it. We needed access to unload a few things, but the stairs had us rethink our plan. Everything worked out perfectly. The host was amazing, although we didn't need to contact her as everything was spot on.I would definitely stay here again. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a short drive to most things in Boulder. Close enough to walk to the far edge of UC Boulder campus but preferred to drive the distance to get to The Hill and downtown Pearl Street restaurants and retail. Check in and Check out were simple. Plenty of parking at the condo complex. ##### Shannon D.
