"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

"My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. "The house was immaculately clean and decorated so nice. Everything was fantastic from the pool and patio to the kitchen and living space, and the very comfy beds. They have everything you can possibly need and more. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit this area…can’t wait to return again."

This may have been the first place were I can say everything was great, the place looks exactly as the pictures, clean, chick and all the details were very much appreciated. "For our family this was absolutely amazing, spacious house and the most lovely screened in porch! Tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, it felt safe and peaceful. Ocean was not close enough to walk and parking was an absolute nightmare at the beach so we chose to drive to Naples for our ocean experiences and it was worth the drive. Would absolutely rent again!!!"

"Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time on the lanai area and grilled out a lot. Lots of room to sit and relax in the living space. Property management was responsive and checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going well. One suggestion would be to update the king mattress and sheets (didn’t use the other bedroom). The mattress was a little in the lumpy side and the sheets did not stay in well due to elastic showing some wear."

"This was the best stay we have had in Florida. The villa was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Being a few doors away from the pool was definitely a plus also. On top of all that it was close to Naples and a lot of great shopping. This was our fifth year vacationing in south Florida, loved it."
