Welcome to the Seashell Villa. The villa is located very close to Bonita Beach (1.3miles), Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach, one of the best beaches in the USA. The Lovers Key beach is within 10 minutes drive. You will enjoy picking up shells, watching dolphins-if you are lucky, and playing in the sand.
At Bonita Beach Park, there is Doc's Beach House where you can have lunch on the beach or rent some beach equipment like jet ski, beach chairs, sail boats, paddle boards and more.
The house is also conveniently located close to many stores and shopping centers, like The Promenade at Bonita Bay, Coconut Point shopping center and Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero and Waterside premier shopping and dining in Naples.
The Fort Myer's International Airport is just a short 30 minutes drive from our home or 2 hours to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

The fully renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The family room is open to the kitchen, dining area and the pool/lanai. The pool is screened with a large deck, dining table with six chairs, 2 sun loungers and a seating area for 6 people The pool can be used all year round, with an electric heater for cooler days. There is also propane burning grill.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a wall mounted TV. The primary bathroom has a soaking tub, two separate vanities and an oversize shower/and built-in seat. The sliding door from primary bedroom will take you right to the pool area.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has also a queen bed.
All of the room have ceiling fans.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the private lanai where you can watch the morning news at the same time. The new kitchen is equipped with the most modern accessories and contains everything that you need to prepare a meal, including brand new small appliances like Keurig and tradition drip coffee maker, juice maker, food processor, waffle maker, and toaster oven.
The dining room can comfortably sit 6-8 people, a perfect area for meals, games, and group conversations. The main/family room features a 65" flat screen TV!
This home also has a washer and dryer and you can park one car in the garage for your convenience. There is a plenty of room to park additional cars on the driveway. In the garage, you will find 4 bikes, 5 beach chairs, 2 coolers, one beach umbrella, and some beach toys for your children's enjoyment.
The home is equipped with 3 TVs, Cable and Wi-Fi.
Linens, towels, and blankets are provided.

Our rates include all utilities and pool heater as well as Xfinity broadband internet with wireless access.

There are restaurants and bars conveniently located blocks from the house. The Leoni’s pizza is right behind our back fence.

There are too many attractions in the neighborhood to list, but just to name a few: Everglades Wonder Gardens, Flamingo Island Flea Market, kayaking, jet ski and parasail, boat rentals, fishing charters, 18-hole golf courses and mini golf, farmers markets, dinning and shopping or just watch the amazing sunsets.
