"This hotel was very convenient to stay for the University of Berkeley graduation. Great customer service. It was very clean and had great breakfast. It was ideal that parking was included in the price as we rented a car. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thanks! "
"The hotel is great, and in a perfect location, except that the walls are a bit thin between rooms and I could hear the folks next door on the phone or watching TV. Nothing some earplugs doesn’t fix."
"Great place for the money. Of all the hotels on University this is easily the cleanest and best kept. Getting in and out may be the only issue but as long as you're careful it's not an issue "
"Everything was great as usual. However the Cleaning service has skipped our room even after I have asked for a daily cleanup.
When they eventually cleanup our room. I realized the bed sheets and blanket were the same exact one as before. Since I saw the same coffee stain before using it."
"Thin walls. Hear everything happening around you. Room was clean and comfortable though. Tv dated. Plenty of sink space. Shower head was tiny with low pressure. When it comes to safety, daytime was fine but night time be wary. Had a scary encounter. Lots of homeless in the area day and night. "

"The hotel is in a rough part of town, which is the first thing you notice, but it is very secure. You step inside and see what a lovely oasis it is.
They had me in a queen room but I had thought/wanted two beds. They upgraded me for a small fee. The room was much larger than I was expecting. Everything looks new and very clean. Beds were comfortable and they had two types of pillows to ensure the right one.
We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant, everything was impeccable.
There’s also a great gym/pool/spa area.
Service was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again."
