"This is a true 5 star hotel. Everything looks spotless and there is a lot of staff ready to help and serve you. Try to avoid rooms on the third floor, as these have no windows except for a skylight. For some reason they put me in there, maybe there is something in my profile that says I want a crappy room. Wifi and airco were good, everything worked. Pool is amazing. Breakfast is not as elaborate as in other 5 star hotels but sufficient. It is a long walk from the ferry station so if you have...

"This might have been the nicest hotel I ever stayed in. The room is exceptional. Every detail. Even the hairdryer was amazing. Front desk woman was the most accommodating and sweet person. The nightlife is lively and we found it a bit hard to get to sleep one night (wedding at another venue so nothing to do but be patient). Thermostat went to 20 degrees, would have loved just a bit colder for sleep. But if these are the only wrong things, I’ll happily come back and experience them all again! "

"We booked this stay before there were many reviews for the property, and are so glad that we took a chance, as it was absolutely beautiful. The patio and hot tub were wonderful, and the hosts made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, luxurious details and view of the sea. The center of town was within easy walking distance. Would love to stay again - thanks for a great visit!"

"Gorgeous property and location. The pools and bar were amazing and breakfast was delicious. The staff was VERY helpful and Matilda is amazing. She went above and beyond to help with all of our needs prior to arrival and then after as well. Next time we would follow her recommendations for dinner in town. The plan she helped with for our trip to Dubrovnik was amazing and a highlight of our trip. The massages were pleasant and relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel. (Would skip the dinner here, but everything else was perfection)."
