"The place reminds of a French Chateau. The rooms are large and well decorated . One can walk around the grounds which consists of vineyards, forests and a pond. A restaurant that serves only lunch, is located on the grounds together with a wine tasting bar and a wine store. The town of Williamsburg is only five minutes drive from the hotel. "I would happily stay here again! Alex, the owner, served breakfast each day and chats with people. Leroy, the manager, is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You couldn’t pick a better location in Williamsburg to be close to W&M or Colonial Williamsburg. Parking is behind the building and it was easy to get in and out. The area is quiet at night and very safe. I had high expectations when I booked my stay here and they were exceeded! Everything you’d expect and want from a B&B."

"Overall my wife and I had a good stay. We stayed in building 20, apt. 1183. We could hear noise on the otherside of the door so thin walls. Room is a bit small. Plenty of towels in bathroom . Outdoor furniture would have been great to sit on to look at golf course or at night just to chill but light is very dim at night and chairs were metal, so they were kind of rusty and dirty. Would be great if complex would keep some cushions on inside of room to use for outdoor chairs."
