"3 nights in Palermos old center. A bit loud at night but that was to be expected. Host was very helpful to me with my lost luggage. No hot water when we arrived. Host was quick to respond and had it fixed within an hour. Apartment was lovely, however it was advertised as a 3 bedroom when it was only 2. The third bed was a fold out couch in the living room."

The music from 'Why Not' went on until after 2a.m. but we had to keep all windows open as the air con was not...

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area of beach next to the apartment is beautiful, but the general location (outside of the apartment complex) is somewhat dirty....

"Fulvio was the kindest person and best host anyone could ask for!! The second day of our stay there, I had a minor injury (which was my own fault), it wasn’t serious but I thought it still would be safer to go to the hospital since I will be traveling for a while. We were originally planning on going to the clinic ourselves, but Fulvio said he will take us to the hospital because how the public hospital system was set up, we could be waiting there for the whole day without been seen by a doctor...

"Couldn’t believe we have been rejected to stay in hotel area for couple hours, after check out 10am receptionists ask us to leave, or pay to stay couple hours. "

Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want.
