"It was just off of water so it had very nice viewing. Balcony provided excellent viewing. Walking to many restaurants around the downtown was a great feature."

"It was clean and quiet. Was glad we paid ahead as there was no one at the desk. Followed the directions there to call but she said she was busy with another customer. After 15-20 minutes a housekeeper came to clock out and she gave another # to call. They gave direction on getting our key from a key holder on the wall. Never did see a person at the desk even when we checked out. Placed key in drop box. Desk closes at 9:30pm and sooner on Sunday."

"Kind and helpful staff. Quiet room. Found that window had been left open by someone before we got to room. Building should be wheelchair accessible at entrance, with doors with automatic opening. We were pleasantly surprised there was small fridge in room because it was not listed as an amenity. Will be back again."

"Decent place to stay. The rooms have exterior residential type automatic locks with a code instead of key cards. If you get there later at night, the desk closes at at 9pm and you have to talk to someone offsite on a ring camera. I didn't care for that. The rooms were decent."

"This is a historic building. Formerly the actual Governor’s Mansion. So the room had a historic feel. More expensive than the usual stay, like a Days Inn, but worth it. Halt the price of where I often stay, Madison Concourse. It is within walking distance of the Capital Building and a ton of great restaurants! Will definitely return!"

"The Mill is in a good location with a popular coffee shop underneath which is very convenient. Our room #201 had a bathroom that was down the hall. Very odd. I need to pay better attention to descriptions before I book! Also the air conditioner was very noisy. My husband suspects it is low on freon as the air compressor was loud every time it kicked on. The room was small but clean and comfy. "
