Had 30 minute walk to where you can catch the Hop on Hop off tour bus. 3 people at front desk so checkin was quick. They didn’t mind answering questions about bus tours and transportation. Have to use room key to operate elevators which are slow. Liked having bedroom separate from kitchen/living area. No bathtub so bathroom is extremely small with no counter space. "Close to Heathrow but not too close, room is in excellent condition, seemed newly reno'd, having the kitchenette was great, note no tv - a plus in my view, no tv noise from neighboring rooms, great for an overnight stay before/after a flight. I found the bed a bit soft for me but that's a personal preference anyhow."
