The room we stayed is spacious, had a little kitchnet that server us really well. However... The bathroom was small, very small and a little dirty. Our room faced the street, which is really noisy and prevented us to have a good night of sleep. We just couldn't sleep, there were noisy cars, buses, sirens and people shouting all over the night! On the top of that, the building does not have lift and we had to take our luggage 3 floors up the stairs, and man, that was difficult and not pleasant at all! Sen tidigare erfarenhet av hotell i London så vet jag att standarden är långt från svenska hotell men det här var i sämsta skick. Dammigt, trasiga lampor och uttag, smutsig disk. Golvet lutade. Dörren till badrummet var trasig och gick inte dra igen ordentligt. Personalen verkade mest tycka att vi störde mobilsurfandet när vi skulle checka in och ut. Det enda positiva var egentligen att området Kensington är fint, har bra restauranger och att det var nära till tunnelbanan. Room was small and dingy, which I could live with for 1 night. Location was great. More bothered by the fact that reception tried to charge my card again despite the being fully paid for. She only checked after I refused over and over (this was a reward night, and I saw some comments about suspicious charges on other reviews), and showed me a slip to say payment was only held, not charged. The name on the slip wasn't mine. When I pointed that out, she just said "mistake", no apologies. First room I was put in was was absolutely disgusting, stains everywhere, and no bigger than the double itself. Asked to moved and was put in another disgusting room in a building opposite the main hotel building. The second room was so disgustingly smelly, stains from floor to ceiling, the heating is permanently on even after turning off the thermostat so it is far too hot in there, the shower doesn’t work - it goes from freezing cold to scorching hot and back again continuously. The tv doesn’t work, on the odd occasion that the tv actually receives signal, the tv speakers have obviously been blown and the sound barely comes out, and when it does come out it is completely muffled. The signal for the WiFi was terrible, it kept disconnecting, but apart from that, the worst was the absolute filth and dirt and stains from the moment you walk into the main building, to every inch of the “apartment” room and bathroom. (Which is bedsit, not apartment). The “kitchenette” is falling apart, there was only one glass tumbler and one ceramic mug, and both of them were dirty, the rooms have clearly never been cleaned. The towels provided were covered in rips. I had to book and pay for another hotel to sleep in over night becuase the filth is disgusting I could not sleep there, and none of the amenities (tv/WiFi/shower) even work! Was attracted by the very cheap London price, but now I see why! Comment pouvez travailler avec des établissements pareils ! Premier jour nous arrivons àu lieu de notre réservation, a 20h30 on nous explique qu'ils ont plus de place pour nous alors qu'on avait réservé et payé au préalable avec vous! On nous dit d'aller dans un de leur hotel partenaire, ps une compensation rien ! Et le pire est le jour du départ ou nous avions demandé au préalable jusqu'à quelle heure on pouvait rendre la chambre la personne a l'accueil nous a certifié que ce n'était ps important! Matin du dernier jour donc, nous sommes allé nous promener et sommes rentrer à 12h30 pour boucler nos valises, quelle surprise ne fut ps de trouver nos 3 valises dans Le Gall de l'hôtel avec le reste de nous affaire dans un sac plastique! La personne à l'accueil nous a très mal reçu nous disant que c'était impossible que ça collègue ai pu dire que nous pouvions rendre les clés de l'appartement quand on voulait, et le summum à ete en arrivant chez nous et que nous avons découvert que le sèche cheveux que nous avions emporté n'avait pas été mis dans la valise, alors oui sur le moment a l'hôtel nous avons fait nos valise dans le hall d'entrée et n'avons donc ni pensé ni pu checker correctement ce qu'il nous manquait sachant que la réceptionniste nous a dit qu'il était impossible de retourner voir dans la chambre! CET HOTEL EST UNE BLAGUE !!!!!!
