“Our Honeymoon Experience”
The hotel was perfect.. the service was exceptional.. breakfast was really amazing.. it was the perfect end to our honeymoon.. we had the best night sleep :)
“Convenient Overnighter”
If you arrive in Terminal 4 (British Airways) its a really convenient walk through a tunnel to the hotel (under 10 min.). Nothing spectacular but a good place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight.
“Convienence”
Great location for a 'stopover' stay. Check in and room service were both efficient and quick. I plan to utilize the hotel in future 'stopovers'.
“Overnight at Heathrow”
I arrived later than planned but the room was available straight away and the internet worked first time round. Room was clean and got to bed and sleep quickly in the large beds. I had to catch a Terminal 3 flight at 7 am the next morning which meant leaving at 5:30 at the latest so that meant a specially ordered taxi which was 15 pounds. Would have been nice if there was a shuttle. Also too early for breakfast.
“Most Impressed”
We used this hotel as a base for a trip to Legoland Windsor.From check-in to check-out I cannot fault the efficient friendly service we recieved.The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast extensive. The dinner menu is not cheap but I am sure it is comparable to other airport hotels. The small pool is a real bonus especially if you are travelling with kids. Legoland was a 25 minute taxi trip-stress free start and end to a fun day.
“Very good option for a short layover at Heathrow”
While it is a bit of a walk to get to, the hotel and staff were excellent. Dinner is available late, though breakfast was a small disappointment. Careful for early Sunday morning flights as you will need to book a car the evening before in case you are flying out of Terminal 2 (GPB 15).
“very impressed”
Excellent airport hotel. Rooms clean and enough space for one one night. Shower hot and powerful. Good hairdryer supplied in room. Nice bar although prices are expensive. Had a meal in the bar good basic food. Only one complaint the fried eggs at breakfast were freezing ( and I mean freezing) in the middle - not sure how they managed that!

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. I bought the family package once I arrived which includes a movie, pizza, 4 drinks and popcorn for a great price which was well worth it! The breakfast was great and the hotel employees were very friendly. There is also a free shuttle that will take you to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. My only suggestion would be for this hotel to provide free wi-fi. I will definitely be returning to the Hilton Heathrow on my next trip to London.
“Airport Hotel”
Very convenient if traveling from east to west or the other way and a stop over in London is required. No free internet wireless in the hotel is a minus. Rooms are very dark if you need to sleep during the day.
