"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. "Relatively new, beautiful & convenient hotel with direct link to Phaya Thai BTS (only 2 stops away from Chitlom) & airport link. Staffs are friendly & helpful. All services and/or info can b easily accessed thru an app available to hotel guests, and services ordered thru the app is also very prompt. there are 2 restaurants & 2 infinite pools onsite, so everywhere is not crowded. They also has a good sized gym which is 24hrs, and a 2 level spa service (reasonably priced, albeit a little expensive). There is also different lifts serving different levels, so getting up or down the hotel is never a hassle. I got 2 deluxe rooms with access to their exec lounge, which is very cozy & personalized staffs attending to lounge guests. Good selection of breakfast & canepè is also served in the lounge, and staffs' attention makes you feel highly valued. Rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable, with reasonably sized bathroom & a huge bathtub. Highly recommend ❤️"
