"As usual check in was very easy and the staff was friendly at check in. The room was very clean and fully stocked. My only issue with my room this stay was the very uncomfortable coldness in the room. Even with adjusting the thermostat the heat did not seem to work. The DVD player and tv were not properly set up so i had to go downstairs to get help and a movie. The night time male receptionist seemed to be highly agitated with me for asking for a movie and help with my tv, but he did come upstairs to replace the missing cords. There is a huge police presence around this hotel and many people on foot that are not people staying there. It is however near a residential area, several hotels, restaurants, and stores. "
