"This property was such a great location to see Maui, have food &drink options outside of the hotel, but you could also easily just stay in the hotel for everything you needed. It’s literally across the street from a great beach if you’re in need of a great beach to swim or watch sunset too. We drove down to the big resort area and this had more of a private beach and more options than them for a tenth of the price. I highly recommend. "

"We were a group of two families including 5 adults and 5 children (ages 4-11) and the condo felt spacious enough for all of us. Loved the modern open concept kitchen/living room with massive island for everyone to eat around. Living room furnishings were slightly different than pictured in listing. Now has a large sectional instead of sofa and chairs. Enough utensils and dinnerware for the whole group, including plastic items for the keikis. Bed linens were fresh, plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Pool towels starting to show some wear and tear. Beds were average comfort. As other reviews mentioned, bunk beds were squeaky when kids tossing and turning. Even though we didn’t feel unsafe in the unit, we didn’t like how there is a sliding door that leads to the outside hallway in the bunk bed room. The neighbors were changing theirs out to a window, maybe this unit will do the same in the future. Bathrooms were small but clean and modern. Great location, easy drive to grocery store, restaurants/food trucks, and Ululani’s. Pool area a little small for the amount of units that share it, but could always find a place to sit. Enjoyed learning to play shuffleboard. Beach is rocky for swimming, but nice for walking. We saw a huge honu on the beach on our last day! We had a couple questions for the owner during and after our stay and he usually took more than 24 hours to respond, luckily nothing was urgent. Overall, would consider staying here again if traveling with large group."

"We had a lovely vacation in Maui thanks to the hospitality of Yolanda and Leo. We were 4 adults and 3 teens staying for 1 week. The use of the minivan was a spectacular bonus. The teens loved the upstairs bedroom and the two couples slept in two main floor bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, but the knives could stand to be sharpened. We had a small issue with a clog in the upstairs tub but Leo fixed it the next day. The pool area and access to the beach cannot be beat! The only negative thing I can say about the place is we could hear the traffic from the road. This was not a huge issue for us because we didn't lounge in the unit, we spent our time at the pool, beach, or exploring Maui. At night I slept with earplugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Place was very clean and Jean was very responsive and accommodating. Location of condo makes for a quiet stay. You can hear road traffic during peak hours but that will be the same for most any condo in the area. Short walk to the beach. Not a swimming or water sports beach but this means less people and a lot quieter than other beaches, which was nice. It’s a short drive to many beaches when you want to snorkel or boogie board. Condo is situated far enough from the pool and pickleball courts that the lanai is a quiet place to hang out and condo is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Overall, very happy with our stay."
