We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. "This was a lovely home and plenty of room for our family of 8. Lots of stairs so if you have toddlers would want to bring baby gate . Property was beautiful, flowers in full bloom! Would stay again! "I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us."
