Welcome to the recently fully renovated private home. This cozy centrally located house offers 2 bedroom, 1 washroom and large patio with an amazing mountain views. The parking is free for up to 6 vehicles and the house is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and shopping plaza within the walking distance. we are located just 20 minutes drive from downtown Vancouver and within 10 minutes drive to the beach and Mt. Seymour & Cypress Mountain. We have the option to add an additional 1 bedroom suite to accommodate bigger group. Please ask for details.

Great location for exploring Vancouver using public transport!
Our second visit to this property. Its not a picturesque setting but its a great location for using bus transport, hiring bikes to explore the Lynn and Seymour valleys, and the cafe opposite serves the most amazing pistachio croisants!

Great for hockey at North Shore Winter Club. 5 minutes away
The property was close to our other family in N. Vancouver and accommodated us in comfort. The location is quiet and close to amenities, grocery, transportation options.
We had a small glitch with a breaker popping that was easily fixed (but the panel is located in the other apartment) Luckily the manager was nearby.

Fantastic, but.....
Beds need mattress toppers unless you like sleeping on a bed harder than the floor. Also, thermostat is shared with downstairs rental--2 fans were provided for each room though. Other than those 2 issues it was fantastic. Would definitely rent again, would just bring a mattress topper with me.

Great experience
We had a great experience here! The house was clean and had pretty much anything we could need. Plenty of space for three of us to stay comfortably, and the drive into downtown was quick. We felt super safe, which was great as we were a bit worried before the trip as the house isn’t in a residential area
