"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. "The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. "The staff were amazing, helped me set up a 4:30 AM cab ride to the airport and couldn't have been more helpful. I like that it was a small hotel, and the breakfast was English and just perfect to start your morning. Would recommend to those looking to have a very nice stay away from the crowds. "
