"This medieval castle is owned and operated by a private family who do a marvelous job of getting every thing just right. I was quiet overwhelmed by the ambience which is why I added 2 more nights on to the original booking of 4 nights. Also they brew their own beer which I found very good. The restaurant facilities are quit extensive and provide excellent food and service which is why they have many visitors from around the island for lunch and dinner. "im laufe der Jahre hat die Qualität des Hauses nachgelassen. Es geht bei den Hauslatschen los, bei Sekt und Kaviar weiter und den Laptop auf dem Zimmer gibt es auch nicht mehr ( ist wohl dem Diebstahl geschuldet ) aber mit der App war nicht viel anzufangen ,die Infos waren sehr spärlich. Das Haus selber,die Lage ,das Personal,die Sauberkeit,die Qualität der Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und entsprechen dem Ruf Ihres Hauses , ich werde Ihnen auch weiterhin treu bleiben. "

"It was a good location but the hotel is a little dated. The room was a very good size. There was an electric outlet that was broken the toilet started to constantly drip. The breakfast was not great but okay. The price was a bit high. I have stayed at better hotels for less. "
