Das Hotel schafft es das Ambiente der Kaiserbäder mit der heutigen Zeit zu verbinden. Eine schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung wissen zu begeistern. Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut, da dieser in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Abends gibt es an dieser Stelle auch ein Buffet, welches wir zwei Mal in Anspruch genommen haben. Auch hier wieder ein großes Lob an die Küche - es war sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut freundliches Personal in allen Abteilungen, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Das Mobiliar kommt langsam in die Jahre und das Restaurant (Schloonsee) versprüht etwas den Charakter einer Werkskantine. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das Wasser angenehm temperiert. Bademäntel sind auf den Zimmern und Handtücher bekommt man an der (Wellnes) Rezeption. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte schon bei der Buchung einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage anfragen. Die vorhandenen Stellplätze sind begrenzt. Die Lage iin Strandnahe ist perfekt, Bäcker und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Rewe Supermarkt in 10min Fussweg erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Top Hotelanlage mit Spa

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Essen ist gut. Das Spa ist mit 3 Saunen und 2 Pools umfangreich und die Massagen waren sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.

ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen wurden und konnten auch schon früher als angemeldet auf unser Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alles sehr informativ erklärt. Unser Zimmer Suite war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber.Das Frühstückbuffet lies keine Wünsche übrig. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der Wellnessbereich gefallen. Der Innen Pool sowie der Außenpool waren wunderschön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach köstlich sehr reichhaltig und man wusste vor lauter Speisen gar nicht was man wählen sollte. Sollten wir wieder nach Usedom fahren würden wir nur in dieses Hotel gehen.

Schöner großer Wellnessbereich. Frühstücksbüffeet sehr reichhaltig. Frühstück gibt es sogar bis 12 Uhr. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer zur Gartenseite sehr ruhig gelegen. Parken für 14 €/Nacht in der Tiefgarage möglich. 20 € pro Nacht für den Hund ist nicht nachvollziebar. Ansonsten klare Weiterempfehlung.

Super Hotel ,nettes Personal ,Zimmerservice macht eine tolle Arbeit.Das Personal in der Gastronomie und im Service ist hervorragend,das Büffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.Trotz Corona gab es keine Probleme,eine ganz tolle Organisation im Hotel und Spa-Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer, Bett sowie Lage gehen okay. Poolanlage annehmbar. Für PKW besser den öffentlichen, kostenpfl. Parkplatz außerhalb nutzen. Frühstück mittelprächtig, Wartezeiten auf Heißgetränke wie Cappuccino mitunter extrem. Achtung: Kostenpflichtiges Abendessen-Buffett hat nur Kantinen-Niveau, das fand ich bei dem Preis schon etwas dreist. Alles in allem nicht schlecht, aber ich würde nächstes mal (WENN) ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.
