The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. "This was a full apartment with balcony, dining table and living room (no kitchen except sink and microwave) connected to a larger hotel complex with 24 hour desk staff and only a couple blocks from San Marco square. Super convenient, nice and spacious and surprisingly quiet for the location. Great communication. "

"Location was very good. Easy to get to,from the Grand Canal water taxi. Pull out couch is not fit to sleep in,unfortunately. Very uncomfortable. Beds in the loft,were great. Only 3 chairs at the kitchen table. Front desk clerk very pleasant and helpful. Even though there was a language barrier with the housekeeper, she was very pleasant and offered assistance to us,upon our alearlu arrival.Great coffee shop/bar,around the corner from the property was very handy."

The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, with views overlooking the canal. 6min walk from the main train/parking/bus area, which is perfect for families traveling with kids who don't want to drag their luggage 30mins across a dozen bridges into the city. There are two mini mart stores and a two restaurants a few steps outside the apartment. "Nice apartment only 2 minutes from St Marks Square. Although there is no reception, the communication from the management team off site was excellent both prior and during our stay. They also left drinks and biscuits for us on arrival which was a nice touch."

"This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful! "

"Tiny shower cabin in a huge apartment. Why cant they build a bigger shower cabin? Its old and compact. Very strange layout. Regretted staying here. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also, the gardeners mowed the lawn at freaking 0830 in the morning. Loud as hell."
