"Booked room for (4) people, there were only 2 bath towels. No hand Towels and no Bath Rug/Foot Towel. Had to beg for (2) additional towels. 1st one hand towel and foot towel was brought and we had to explain to the lady again that we needed (4) bath towels total for the (4) adults staying in the room. She said, let me see what I can do at that point and did finally come back with the (2) bath towels so that each person could have their own."
