Appreciated the smooth check-in process, but was disappointed when Mike didn’t offer the complimentary champagne upon arrival. While checking in, I mentioned our stay included breakfast, which Mike confirmed. However, he gave us incorrect breakfast vouchers.
During breakfast, we presented the vouchers and were informed that they only covered a limited selection of juice or coffee. When we inquired, they confirmed that these were the wrong vouchers and provided us with the correct ones, explaining that we were entitled to one breakfast entrée from the main menu and a drink. We followed this process the next day and enjoyed being served by Jorge.
However, on the following day, when we arrived, an older lady served us. Before we could even sit down, she asked if we wanted coffee or juice, despite me already holding a coffee cup. I felt rushed, so I informed her that we would look at the menu first. She seemed annoyed. Later, when she brought us water, I asked if the voucher covered lattes, cappuccinos, or other coffee drinks. She replied rudely that she wasn’t sure and hurried away, spilling water on the seat in the process.
I’m not sure what caused her to behave that way. Perhaps it was an off day for her, but as guests, it was unpleasant to experience such behavior. Additionally, the exterior of the rooms and the building had a bad smell. Considering the price, I would not recommend this place.
I believe the staff need further training on the services they offer.
