"We had such a welcoming experience even before we got here as hotel staff called and texted us to let us know what to expect, that housekeeping would meet us there, and explained WiFi, pool and other parts of the hotel. The villas themselves were impeccable, they were super clean 10/10 and had everything we needed. The bathrooms are spacious and there is a W/D. The location is perfect, close to many beaches. Too bad it is located in a town where millions of dollars are generated from the super expensive restaurants and hotels and not one penny put back into its infrastructure. Tamarindo should have the best roads, sidewalks and a sewer system. I don't think it is "charming" to walk on muddy roads, right next to trucks and noisy cars. "
