"I have been to many places, but this was something else. The owner greeted me once I arrived, he didn’t speak much English but his daughter (?) helped me out. They are really nice people. The room I got was recently renovated, it looks modern and the shower was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t have a dinner there, because I arrived late, but there are many options around. Overall it was a great experience, nice breakfast and lovely welcoming family run business. I will definitely come back. "

"If you want to experience the Swiss Alps in a true fashion, stay there. The pension is family run,you eat what they cook. There are no other restaurants around. There’s no tv but a room full of board games, fabulous views. Nights are quiet with only the stars and the sounds of the mountains around you for company. "Excellent location, on site kitchen, next to free bus station to go to Titlis"

"Great place to stay during a trip to the area, buss connection to the train station for backpackers. Clean place, kitchen with appliances and utensil available for use, a few areas for resting in and outside the building. Just not sure about the Internet connection - my laptop was not able to find the username, however in other places before and after, it was ok. to solve the problem the host let me use their own laptop to check a ticket. Because of an allergy I sometimes also have a problem...

"Although it was the off season and the hotel was not functioning with all facilities, our stay was excellent. Lovely room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and a warm welcome. Good value."

"Nice appartement, its very pretty and the kitchen is fully equiped. Well situated in the centre of Tegna, the children took the train to Locarno while we went hiking and climbing in Val Maggia. Only minus point is the church bells, (you are in the centre of town!) but you get used to them after a couple of days. "
