“Close to Train, Helpful Staff”
I stayed at the Hotel Royal while travelling on business in Geneva. The location near the train station was helpful for logistics, but a long walk from the main shopping/hotel district where most of my meetings were held. But in Geneva, nothing's that far away and the transit pass that came with my room did come in handy. The hotel let me keep my rental bicycle in the garage at no charge, and the managers at the front desk were helpful working out a problem I had returning a rental bike off-hours prior to my return flight to Seattle.

Vraiment une bonne surprise! Le personnel est très compétent, efficace et agréable.
“Outstanding Hotel”
The hotel is exceptional. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a stunning room, which was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly on check-in. I think the only criticism of the hotel would be the price for breakfast, which was high, and the staff weren't as good or attentive.
“Great and convenient hotel that isn’t too expensiv”
This is a very nice hotel with very friendly service. The spacious room was nicely furnished with a clean bathroom with lots toilet amenities. It is a short walk from the main train station and also has a tram stop literally in front of the hotel. It is very convenient, being close to the main train station and the old town yet was a good value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

“Lovely Hotel, a bit further from Station than expected”
The rooms were beautiful, location safe though a good 10 minute walk from train station, wish breakfast was included.

there isnt any down side to this hotel, a bit disapointment is the near by area as its not matching what one would expect to see in geneva but this doesnt affect the hotel, it's close to the station and you access the main atraction so easy.

Tres bel hotel au coeur du centre de Geneve. Accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'ecoute. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et d'une extreme propreté y compris la salle de bains!! Beaucoup de petites attentions..boissons, cafetiere expresso, thé... à disposition dans la chambre et offerts gracieusement par l'hotel. Ravi du séjour. Je recommande.
“Would like to go back again”
Excellent location. Trams stop right in front of hotel. Staff are good and helpful. Got upgraded to executive room for very little money. It was a great room, and we enjoyed our stay there very much.
