The bathtub was a welcome relaxation and the primary had a lovely comfy bed. Very close to shops, grocery stores and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and highly recommend."

"Property sits on the 15th green of the golf course with a pond. Peaceful and pretty, nice place to sit outside day and night. Fire pit helps curb the evening chill when the sun goes down. This house has every amenity you would need. The owner did a nice job anticipating guest needs and amenities. Would like to see cable expanded for more sporting events. We would like to return. The community here feels like a resort."

"My 2 adult daughters, 12 year old granddaughter and myself flew into Phoenix for my granddaughters baby shower. My son and his wife drove from Georgia and met us at the house. It was perfect for the 6 of use. The main living layout of the house was open and large enough to comfortably seat us and my granddaughter and her husband when they visited. "We had a great 3 day stay at this house in March as we attended spring training in Surprise. The house had everything we wanted and was in a great location - close to baseball, restaurants, and everything else. We could not have done better, and plan to return next year."

"I use to live in AZ and travel back and forth between AZ and my new current home state. When I’m in AZ I like to feel Iike I’m “home” again so my go to is VRBOs. This home had everything we needed and is centrally located close to shopping and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and offers several parks, one being just around the corner. I would stay here again next time I’m in town. Trash bins were full from previous guest but being a former host I know this can sometimes be out of hosts hands...
