« I stayed four nights in the Casita. It’s just as described. For me, it’s all about, is it clean? The Casita was clean. Everything works in the unit. it’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and parking is handy. I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again. »

« Good place to stay, right across from park. Parking is a bit scary on steep stope of driveway. The place was clean except the floor is very dusty, since we all prefer to be barefoot at home this was a small issue where our feet got dirty quick. We rinsed and just wore shoes instead. Children can be heard at about 7am stomping and screaming but they provided earplugs so that helped too. Place was very cozy and comfortable in the dining, living room, and kitchen. « Although the code to access the room didn't initially work, they were quick with providing a new one. The neighborhood is very nice and super close to downtown and Zilker Park which was perfect for our holiday plans. Definitely recommend this property for a small family, couple or afew group of friends. Only recommendation is providing a broom and dust pan to help keep floors clean during our stay. »

The studio itself is cute and cozy and the little kitchen is very practical if you are staying for a longer period.
